But last week, this person started showing up in my mind. Not in a longing way. Just a flicker. A presence. I could feel them.
Then on Saturday, they texted me.
Was it weird? Kinda. Was it a coincidence? NO. It was a transmission. I had picked up the vibes before the words ever hit my phone.
2. The roommate who never moved in.
I was about to bring someone into my home. I wanted the extra cash. I wanted the company. Empty nester life can be quiet, which I LOVE but extra sats are always a bonus.
I didn’t get a bad feeling about this person. But I also didn’t get the full body “F- Yeah” I’ve learned to wait for.
I went ahead anyway. They said yes. After background checks passing, I sent them all the paperwork and contract. They were supposed to send the deposit.
And then... silence for 36 hours.
My intuition already knew. I told a friend, “It feels like they’re going to bail.” Sure enough, they did. And honestly? I’m relieved. I don’t want anything or anyone in my home that isn’t divinely aligned. The “no” was a YES from God in disguise.
These two stories in 72 hours were my LOVE-tap reminder: the signal is always broadcasting. The only question is whether your instrument is tuned to receive it.

Intuition is your inner radio receiver. It picks up transmissions from a network of truth that’s always broadcasting around you. Some people call it the field. Some call it the quantum field. Some call it God, Source, LOVE, or the Universe.
The name doesn’t matter. What matters is that this network is REAL and it doesn’t lie. It’s broadcasting 24/7. Just like radio waves in the air, you can’t see or hear them with your eyes and ears alone. You need the right instrument, tuned to the right station, to receive.

This is what I do every day, and what I teach inside the 11x LOVE LaB. Grab a journal. Set a timer for 11 minutes. Three steps. Experiment daily for 30 days and see what happens!
Step 1. Quiet the Static + Remember When You LISTENED
Phone down. Inbox closed. Breathe slow (4 in, 7 hold, 8 out, five rounds). Say it out loud: “FOG Yeah. Focus on God. I am here. I am listening.”
Then write: Think of a time you LISTENED to your intuition and it was correct. What happened? How did it feel in your body BEFORE you knew the outcome?
This trains your nervous system to recognize the signal next time.
Step 2. Receive the Signal + Remember When You DIDN’T
Notice the body before the brain. Tight chest is data. Open chest is data. Use the FOG Yeah filter on whatever is in front of you today: “Is this a full body F-YES, or am I trying to talk myself into it?” If it’s not a clear YES, it’s a NO. Or a NOT YET.
Then write: Think of a time you DIDN’T listen. What happened? What did the cost teach you?

Ask God for a message about something on your mind RIGHT NOW. Sit in silence. Write down the first thing that comes through. Don’t edit. Don’t second-guess. Then take ONE small aligned action within 24 hours. Words are wands. Honor the signal.
